How to cancel an order

If you have to cancel an order, please mail or WhatsApp us and place your cancellation request alongwith your order details.

Refund for cancellation
1) If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, we shall refund the entire amount within 3 working days.
2) If you want to cancel your order after your order is shipped, you simply refuse to accept the shipment when our delivery personnel goes to deliver it to you. Our delivery partner will automatically return back the shipment to our facility. As soon as we receive the shipment back, we shall initiate a refund deducting the delivery charge paid by you within 3 working days.
3) If you have already received the shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.
