Return and Exchange Policy

  1. If you get a package which is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery personnel. In that case, please mail or WhatsApp us your return request within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the image or video of the tampered or damaged packet and order details. If we find the return request satisfactory, we shall initiate a fresh delivery or a full refund within 3 working days.
  2. After receiving the package, if you find the product inside the package in seriously damaged condition, please mail or WhatsApp us your return request within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the unpackaging video and order details. If we find the return request satisfactory, we shall initiate the product replacement process or a full refund within 3 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. 
  3. In case of any manufacturing defect or printing defect of the product found, please mail or WhatsApp us your return request within 30 days of receiving the package along with the video of the defective portion of the product. If we find the return request satisfactory, we shall initiate the product replacement process or a full refund within 3 working days.

Return requests are not accepted for any other reasons apart from the aforementioned ones.

Refund Policy for Undelivered Package:

If the delivery was attempted but could not be completed due to an incomplete or wrong address or phone no, the shipment will be returned to us. In that case, we shall initiate a refund deducting the delivery charge paid by you within 3 working days.

Refund Policy On fulfilling the conditions, a refund will be initiated within 3 working days. Refunds will be made in the same form in which the payment is received.
