Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our priority is to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given timeframe and without putting burden on your pocket. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays.
Calculation of the delivery charge
We have set the matrix of delivery charge on the basis of weight and distance. There are 3 regions based on geographic location— Kolkata (Pincode from 700001 to 700100), West Bengal (Outside of Kolkata Pincode 700001 to 700100), India (Outside of West Bengal).
The minimum charge for Kolkata region (upto 500 gm packet) is Rs. 35/-. Thereafter, Rs. 10/- will added in addition of each 500 gm weight slab.
The minimum charge for West Bengal as well as India region (upto 500 gm packet) is Rs. 50/-. Thereafter, Rs. 16/- will added in addition of each 500 gm weight slab.
A single packet may consists of maximum weight of 10 kg. Thereafter, a second packet will be made and it will be treated as a new packet. Separate delivery charge will be counted as per scheduled rate for the second packet.
There will be no additional packing charge or any other charges. Everything is included in the delivery charge itself.

Usual Delivery Time
For Kolkata region, 2-4 working days after shipping.
For West Bengal region, 3-6 working days after shipping.
For India region, 6-10 working days after shipping.
Delivery ServiceWe usually despatch the packages through professional courier service for Kolkata region and through India Post Registered Parcel for West Bengal and India region. If you like to have any other means of delivery service like speed post or something else of your choice, you may place your request by mail or WhatsApp us within 12 hours of placing the order. If we are in a position to oblige your request and provide you the delivery service of your choice, extra delivery charge will be levied depending upon your chosen delivery service. It may be mentioned here that, we may not always or ever be able to oblige any special request.
Cash-on-Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery system is not available with us at this moment.
Pick up from the Shop
In this service, you have to pick up the ordered books from our shop by yourself within 10 working days from the date of order. After that the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount you have paid will be returned within 3 working days.
